Pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder(pdd)

The 'Curse'
Does your life suddenly take a downward emotional spiral a week or two before you get your period?

For those one or two weeks you feel like:
  • the world is against you
  • you can't cope
  • you can cry for no reason
  • curl up in bed for the day
  • shout at the kids, the dog, the husband
  • and at worse even contemplate suicide at times?

Then the day you get your period ... and everything pretty much is back to normal?.....until next month.....

This emotional downward spiral does not have to be so intense.

There are now ways to manage PDD in a team effort with your psychologist, GP and possibly a gynecologist.

Time for some Girl Counselling with Anna.
